Ideal for:-

  • Do-it-yourself applicants who feel confident and comfortable to do their own application, but want the assurance that a skilled, experienced migration agent has checked their application before they lodge it
  • Those that are concerned about the specific requirements of the Migration Act 1958, Migration Regulations 1994, and the policy guidelines (PAMS) used by DIAC case officers when assessing applications.
  • Applicants on a budget who require the piece of mind that their application has been thoroughly examined by a skilled professional before they lodge their own application

Service includes:-

  • We will assign all the relevant application forms, our document checklists and guides to you in your online client area
  • Instructions detailing what steps you have to take before lodging your visa application
  • Break down of your points test
  • detailed advise on your points test and critical factors
  • The overall likelihood of success in relation to the latest Migration regulations and PAMS
  • Strengths and weaknesses of your application
  • Health and character requirements - detail and information
  • Where to lodge your application
  • Costs of your application
  • The expected processing time of your application
  • a detailed report on your application including:-
    • mistakes
    • errors or omissions
    • inconsistencies
    • detailed corrections and suggestions
  • These services exclude: ASA submissions, ASA will not communicate with DIAC on your behalf, ASA will not be the official agent on record, and we will not monitor the application.

Service options

Basic services exclude any fees payable to DIAC, and exclude courier / mail costs to lodge applications.

Visa Express Basic Service (VEBS)
  • Fees
    • The fees are detailed in the registered client area
  • Includes all of the above mentioned services plus
    • You fax, mail or email us a copy of your complete application file including all supporting documentation
    • A detailed report provided to you in your client area within 7 days after receipt of your application
    • FREE online consultation for 6 months after you lodged your application, in relation to any aspect of your application.  This includes seeking advice, or clarifications from your consultant should you have any follow up questions or queries, or should DIAC request further information or detail from you
Visa Express Service (VES)
  • Fee
    • Fees are detailed in the registered client area
  • Includes all of the VEBS services plus
    • You send us your fully complete application file by mail
    • Your report in your client area within 72 hours after receipt of your file
    • Your consultant will provide a cover letter (no submission) for your application
    • ASA will lodge your application for you with DIAC (you need to provide payment of the DIAC fees)
    • FREE unlimited online consultation service in your client area for 12 months in relation to your application
